Delivery Info

We have kept our delivery system simple and as competitive as possible in order to offer our customers the best value for money and expedient service.

Orders to any address within the United Kingdom will be delivered at a flat rate cost of £2.49. However, any orders over £20.00 will be delivered FREE. We use Royal Mail as our carrier for both UK and overseas deliveries. Our prices are calculated at checkout to the nearest gram and all prices are taken directly from an up-to-date Royal Mail price list. We do not charge a handling fee and do not charge you for packaging! We would like to be as transparent as possible on this matter. All orders outside the United Kingdom are calculated at checkout (see table below).

How long will it take to receive my order?

All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail 1st class with proof of postage and tracked delivery*. Typically we strive to get your order to you the next working day if we possibly can but this heavily depends on our current workload, however, you should allow 1 - 3 working days (not including weekends) for delivery. * Higher Value orders will generally be delivered by Recorded or Special Delivery dependent on the value of the order, this is a standard.

Customers located throughout Europe will receive their orders by Royal Mail Airmail or Airmail Express (choose at checkout). These orders will typically be delivered anywhere from 3 - 5 working days depending on your delivery choice and specifically, your location.

Please bear in mind that public and bank holidays may add extra delivery time which of course, is unavoidable (see our scheduled closing times below). We suggest that you place your orders well in advance of any upcoming holidays to ensure prompt delivery. At the same time you should pay attention to your own local public holidays that may delay delivery.

Holiday and Special Occasions when we will not be posting orders.

Please find listed below the days in which we will not be posting orders. These dates are due to public holidays, bank holidays and any other day when postal services do not operate in Northern Ireland or the Mainland, this also includes days that Puffin E-Liquids & Accessories UK have allocated as staff holidays or administration days. Please bare in mind that orders placed during these times may be subject to an unavoidable postal delay. Please ensure you check these dates before ordering...

Can I choose another delivery method?

At the moment we only use Royal Mail standard delivery, Express, Recorded and Special Delivery services but plan to introduce further delivery options for your convenience. This will include further carriers and services. We are also in the process of arranging a collection service for local customers. Please keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook feeds for news on our delivery services.

If your country of residence is not listed above we probably do not deliver to that area. If you would like to make a delivery request to a non-listed location you can contact us. Please do not try and place an order to an unlisted country or your order may be cancelled and refunded.
